The organising company of this internal promotion, called Ploom Crew 2024, is JT International Iberia S.L.U. (hereinafter, ‘JTI’).
JTI entrusts the management and development of the activity to the McCann agency (hereinafter, the ‘Agency’).
The promotion will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions and during the period from 25 April 2024 to 31 December 2024, inclusive (hereinafter, the ‘Promotional Period’).
If the conditions of the promotion have to be postponed, modified, cancelled or repeated for reasons of force majeure, all participants will be notified of this fact via the digital platform www.ploomcrew.com.
The purpose of the internal promotion will be to raise awareness of the heated tobacco category and, more specifically, to involve employees in the launch of Ploom X (hereinafter, the ‘Product’).
All JTI employees who are located in the territorial area described in section four and who have a valid and active corporate e-mail address are eligible to participate in the internal promotion. In order to participate in the internal promotion it will be necessary to register on the www.ploomcrew.com platform.

- A unique employee code.
- A PloomX merchandising item (960 units while stocks last).
- A participation in the final draw of the promotion (see prizes section).
After registration, depending on the territorial scope to which they belong, they will be able to participate with the following mechanics:
Inspire and Connect mechanics
Employees will have to complete different product knowledge games as well as group challenges. For each challenge, Ploomcrew points will be awarded up to a maximum of 30 points.
- Inspire phase: 10 points maximum, redeemable only if all games/challenges of the escalation are completed.
- Connect phase: 20 points maximum, redeemable only if all sets/challenges of the escalation are completed.
Regardless of the total completion of each escalation, each time an employee completes a challenge of the phase, he/she will get an entry in the final draw of the promotion.
Contact Mechanics
Employees will have to get in touch with adult smokers who are interested in trying the PloomX device. For each challenge, Ploomcrew points will be awarded up to a maximum of 70 points.
This will only apply to consumers residing in the Ploom focus areas (Community of Madrid and the islands of Gran Canaria and Tenerife).
- Contact Phase 1: 30 points maximum, redeemable only if the employee manages to contact three adult smokers by registering their new devices at www.ploom.es. For this contact phase, the employee will have up to 3 free devices.
For each new adult consumer of this escalation, the employee will get one entry in the final draw of the promotion (maximum 3 entries).
- Contact Phase 2: 40 points maximum, redeemable only if the employee manages to contact at least one adult smoker who buys and registers their new device at www.ploom.es. For this contact, the employee will receive a free accessory. Although there is a maximum point limit for this escalation, there is no limit to the number of contacts and accessories at this stage.
For this escalation, the employee will get two participations in the final draw of the promotion (maximum 2 participations).
For participation in the Connect phase, the new consumer must contact the digital ambassador team and provide the unique JTI employee code.
Only when the contact registers the new device, the points will be assigned to the respective employee.
Points earned in the Ploom Crew program will be redeemed for rewards available in the platform's rewards catalogue. JTI reserves the right to modify this catalogue according to available stock

Points from each completed phase can be accumulated over the months and reported for redemption on the following dates:

It will consist of a trip to Japan for two people for 7 days 6 nights that the winner will have to enjoy in the period between 01/02/2025 and 31/12/2025.
The trip which will have a maximum value of €7.000 and cannot be exchanged in monetary. It includes:
- Return flight departing from Madrid, Gran Canaria, Tenerife or Lisbon.
- Accommodation and breakfast for 6 nights
On 9 December 2024, the winner will be drawn internally along with 3 reserve participants numbered in order of extraction. The winner will be announced during the JTI Christmas lunch (date to be announced in December).
If in any case it is impossible to locate the winner and alternates, or none of them accept the prize, the prize will be declared void.
JTI declines any responsibility for problems of any nature beyond its control or attributable to intermediary service providers or third parties.s.
LThe prizes are personal and non-transferable and may not be exchanged, altered, compensated or transferred to third parties.
The winners will have the right to renounce the prizes or gifts won; however, under no circumstances may they exchange them for other prizes or different gifts.
The trip that is the object of this promotion is subject to withholdings and payments on account of Individual Income Tax. JTI will proceed to make the mandatory payment on account of this tax, derived from the award of the prize in kind and to comply with the tax regulations in force at the time of delivery of the prize. The fiscal repercussions that the awarding of the prize has on the winner's taxation will be for the account of JTI up to a maximum of 35% of the net impact on the employee's salary. If the % is higher, it will be borne by the employee.
The personal data provided in the framework of the promotion will be incorporated into a file identified in the register of processing activities owned by JTI. For any queries regarding data protection, participants may contact JTI by e-mail [*datos-personales@jti.com (for mainland Spain) /datos-personales-canarias@jti.com (for the Canary Islands)] or by letter addressed to JTI, at Paseo de la Castellana, 66, 28046, Madrid, for the attention of the Legal Department.
JTI will process the data of the participants in order to carry out the internal promotion, to notify the winners of the fact that they have been awarded prizes and to send them the gifts and, if necessary, to deal with complaints.
The processing of personal data is considered legitimate as it is necessary for the execution of the legal relationship derived from the participation and acceptance of these rules.
Potential participants are informed that the simple fact of participating in this promotion implies the express and unreserved acceptance of these rules, as well as submission to the interpretative decisions made by JTI.
JTI reserves the right to justifiably remove any user who defrauds, alters or disables the proper functioning and the normal and regulatory course of the internal promotion.
Likewise, JTI may, in the event of detecting fraudulent use of the promotion, modify these rules in those provisions that are relevant to achieve the proper functioning of the promotion.
JTI reserves the right to make changes to the mechanics and prizes of the promotion, provided that they are justified or do not harm the participants and are duly communicated to them.
